Meet "Harry." Harry's elderly owner is too ill to care for him and so this handsome 2 1/2 year old Blue Point Himalayan (born 9/19/03) is looking for a home. Declawed front and back, he's currently in foster care. Although frightened, he lets his foster mom hold him and give him hugs and kisses, so we suspect he's a very affectionate cat once he's comfortable in his surroundings. As he was raised by a senior citizen, Harry has had little contact with children or other animals. However, he seems to be a quiet cat that might do well with older children. He will definitely need an understanding owner who will let him take all the time he needs to adjust to his new surroundings and feel safe with his new family. He also needs to be adopted by someone who understands the grooming commitment to a long haired cat. Harry is neutered, up to date on shots, and tested negative for Felv/FIV.
