Abner has a real sad story to tell. Abner was born along with 4 other siblings in 2012, and Abner was born also with an extra Penna !!(Ear). When they were old enough, Abner (& sister, Jade), were adopted by a woman who loved he & his sister dearly, but a few years back their mommy passed away. Her sister took them in. A year ago the brother passed away and recently their new mommy (the sister) passed away also, so they at this point lost their whole human family and nobody to take them in and care for them until one of our rescues (Forever Home Rescue) foster took them in. Now here's where his story comes full circle. The foster mom (from FHR), in 2012 took their remaining 3 siblings adopted one and the other 2 became permanent pets. The foster mom was friends with both of Jade and Abner's mommy and human family and agreed to take them in and help find them a new home to live out the rest of their lives with. So a sad story turned into a hopeful story and we hope someone out there will complete Abner's story with a happy ending and help him get adopted!!!
