Amara

Amara came to her foster home as a very shy kitten, spending most of her time hiding. After a few days, she became braver and started spending more time "out and about hiding at the bottom of the kitten condo or in a cat cave. She is now spending more time socializing with people and playing with her siblings. She loves standing on top of the cat track toy and chasing the balls and also chasing crinkly balls around the room. Amara will allow you to pick her up and cuddle against your lap or chest with her face hiding in your arm. Since her human and kitten companions have helped her to feel more comfortable and come out of her shell, she will need lots of companionship from her new family and must go with another cat to help her continue to make progress. We are not sure how she would do with dogs.
