My Story

Sweet Angel. If this girl could talk what a sad story shed tell. Angel was part of trapping project where cats were hoarded and abandoned in a home. Despite the deplorable conditions, she managed to survive. I believe she knew her chance at a good life was on its way if only she held on. When Angel first came to rescue, she was in poor physical condition, but what was even more sad was her broken spirit. She was fearful at first and needed time to trust that she was safe and would no longer live a life of despair. Shes a very sweet girl who loves the simpler things in life. She loves to be petted, a window to look out and watch birds or the world go by, a good meal (shes making up for lost time), a cozy blanket to make biscuits on (she's an expert biscuit maker), and her best bud Livy to play with and keep her company. Shell make the best binge-watching buddy, curling up on the couch right beside you. I'm still amazed at how this once fearful girl is now a human shadow. She loves being with you. Overall, Angel is a sweet as pie, laid-back gal. And though not a kitten, shell still surprise you with a sudden burst of playful energy- favorite toy is definitely a little stuffed mouse. She likes to carry them around and meow for you to look at it. Such a silly girl. Angel would do best in a calmer, cat savvy home. She needs a little bit of patience while adjusting and settling into her new environment. She also needs to be adopted with her friend Liv, as theyve been together since placed in foster care. When Liv was away (for a vet visit) Angel carried a toy mouse in her mouth, pacing the room and crying until reunited.
