My Foster Parent Says: Meet Antonia, aka Miss An, the sweetest little kitty you ever will meet! Her sugar-filled center makes her quite soft and tender, so she needs a quiet home with patient humans who can set up a consistent routine that will help her feel secure and loved! She was very scared in the shelter, so they reached out to me to foster her, and after some time to adjust and acclimate, Antonia has really come out of her shell and weve become quite smitten with each other! Heres a typical day for us: 7:00- I wake up with An curled in a ball at the end of the bed, and we gradually drag ourselves out, after adequate petting and cuddle time. 8:15- Breakfast! 8:30/9 I leave for work. Antonia currently has free reign of the house except for the bedroom while Im gone, but shes not much of a wanderer; shell play/nap in one room and is there for a couple hours before scouting out a new spot, so access to a ton of space is not a requirement 5/6- I come home from work, unlock the bedroom, and sit down on the bed to unwind. Miss An will always follow me in, either for some cuddling or play time depending on the mood. 7:30/8- Dinner time! 8-9 - more cuddle/relaxation time 9-11- Zoomies!!! This period sometimes falls a little later or a little earlier but generally late evening she is moving all over the place, eager to play and chase something. 11:30- Bedtime. Antonia will sometimes join me right away, or she will be at the foot of the bed by the time I wake up the next morning. Likes: Tummy Rubs and Chin Scratches Food with gravy Noodle toys Balls Soft surfaces Blankets for biscuit-making Dislikes: Loud and/or Sudden noises Noisy Toys People Running/Fast Movements Being Held: She doesnt fight, and shes cool being picked up to quickly move her somewhere, but she likes having her paws on solid ground Submit a Virtual Adoption application to meet Antonia in her foster home today!
