Meet Arielle! This sweet mama cat and her 4 kittens were brought to JPAWS. A group of us went to volunteer at the shelter to do photos and we fell in love with her and her babies. She's such a sweet mama cat. The shelter was overflowing and we usually don't do fosters, but we knew of a great person that would be a great foster for this mom and her babies and thankfully she agreed so we could get them out of the shelter. Her foster mom had this to say about her, "Momcat—Arielle, a beautiful tortoiseshell cat. She is very sweet, friendly and easy to make friends with. She would come to me whenever I entered the ‘Cat’ room and she likes being pet, especially under her chin. She’d let me pick her up and when I sat in a chair and leaned back with her on me, she’d lay down on my chest contentedly. She’s very quiet and calm, though when I first brought out some toys for the kittens, she took a few swats, so she’ll probably be playful. Very likely a lap cat."
