Auntie Sam

Left in a carrier outside our front door on a very hot day before the 4th of July, Auntie Sam is happy to be inside and cool. This sweet, middle aged cat seeks out attention from humans. Since we don't know anything about her past, we do not know how Auntie Sam is with other animals. We think she may prefer a quiet home. Overall Auntie Sam is a sweet lady. While she likes humans she is also content on her own. We do NOT respond to PetFinder inquires; we only respond to emails sent to [email protected] regarding adoption inquires. We never know how quickly a pet will be adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in a pet but want to see them during our shelter open hours prior to filling out an application, we strongly recommend that you email us at [email protected] before visiting the shelter to ensure they are still there. Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm for you to come view our adoptable pets. You can apply for animal at the shelter during our open hours or online by emailing [email protected] and asking for an application. Adoption fees allow our non-profit to continue to help pets in need. Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and we’ve determined you are the best fit. We do not operate on a first come, first served basis.
