Avery Ellsworth

Sweet, affectionate Avery is a special needs kitten looking for a wonderful home. This precious little girl truly has the eyes of an angel. She has such a sweet innocence about her that will make you melt and want to snuggle her close. She's a mellow girl who isn't super demanding of your attention, but when she gets it, she can't get enough! She's also a foodie and LOVES when it's Squeezy treat time! She loves soft beds, and loves to be close to you always. When Avery was a tiny kitten, some sort of spinal injury occurred. Because she was not treated properly and quickly enough, this resulted in what is called a proprioception deficit. It is a condition where her nerves kind of drop the ball when talking to her back legs, so she has trouble controlling them. So she has a bit of a wobbly, uncoordinated walk. Avery will need a special home with only older children or adults who will understand her challenges and give her the care she needs. She's a sweet little thing who deserves a loving home where she can thrive!. Her foster mom has trained her to wear kitty diapers so no need for a litter box if you don't want to deal with that. She can also be manually expressed into the toilet, which makes her pretty low maintenance.
