Bailey

Handsome Bailey was abandoned at the shelter and left to die. The shelter staff thought he was so special, they kept him alive for quite a long time until our rescue organization had room and could take him in. Bailey is a little over 2 years old and we believe he's a Maine Coon mix. He has adorable tufts of hair coming out of his ears and a HUGE fluffy tail! He's quite the regal, sweet boy! Bailey's foster Mom thinks he's pretty special too and sent us a recent e-mail about him after only knowing him a few days:

" Bailey has already come far in the past few days. He was very scared of the big open spaces of my room since he'd been in a cage for 3 months and crawled under my blankets to hide. He has never been shy with people though!! He is VERY friendly and affectionate, loves to get his neck and ears scratched, he is one of the most docile, sweetest boys I've ever met...He's AMAZING!!! "
