Bella Rose

Bella Rose is part of the Kitty Keeper program! Bella Rose has had a lot of losses in her life. She was rescued by a volunteer as a tiny kitten when found near a dumpster with injuries to her tail and leg. Unfortunately, her mom passed away but a friend of hers, also a volunteer took Bella Rose in. She lived with her second mom for several years, then sadly, she recently passed away, leaving Bella Rose and her sister Marzipan heartbroken. Marzipan was adopted by our volunteer a few years ago, so they both came to Good Mews when she passed. They were both very upset and withdrawn but Marzipan is getting better and starting to show her super social side. Bella Rose is taking it harder and tends to hide in tent beds. She started to lose weight so she was moved to a Suite so our staff could monitor her. She missed Marzipan so much, she pretty much stopped eating. When staff moved her sister into the Suite with her, Bella started eating again and gaining weight. She just needed her sister by her side! Bella Rose is a very sweet girl that enjoys pets and attention from her human friends. The girls will need a patient adopter willing to give them time to adjust to a new home, but once they do, they will be loyal, loving companions. Bella is bonded with Marzipan and they must be adopted together!
