Hi, I am Belle, the boss of Meow Haven Kitty Rescue. Come meet me and fall in love. Mom says I am such a joy to raise, her pride and joy, and the love of her life. We were 3rd generation strays borne in a backyard in east San Jose. Just like our ancestors, we didn't choose to be homeless. Every stray kitty deserves a chance. We are so glad and thankful to have ours. The arrival of my brother and me as dirty, flea-ridden stray kittens a decade ago ignited Mom's passion to help more kitties in need. Without us, there would be no rescue. We taught Mom and Dad how to tame hissy, shy, frightened kittens. I even bit poor Dad's hands when he gave me a flea bath. Sorry Dad, I was just so scared. As a royal princess, I have managed to stay squeaky clean ever since. We truly are very grateful for our wonderful, loving family. We adore our parents and quickly became lap kitties who purr up a storm.
