He is not neutered yet, but will be scheduled soon and is included in the adoption fee (along with vaccinations and microchip). He's part of 40+ colony that has become overwhelming for the caretaker. He doesn't even know me, and yet he was rubbing against me and wanting pets the first day I was there. He even climbed into my lap when I was sitting on the ground, purring and rubbing against me, then rolled over for belly rubs. He's very people-oriented and affectionate... and obviously gets along well with other cats!
