My Story

Bernard, or Bernie, is a mostly gray tabby mix who was born sometime in April as a stray. When he was taken in, he immediately decided that he was always meant to be an indoor cat, because he loves to be loved and enjoys companionship. He loves to be held and handled and especially loves to be flipped over on his back for belly and neck scratches. He can often be found sitting, watching, chirping, trying to get the dog to play with him (unsuccessfully), and partaking in the occasional bout of zoomies. He is a quick learner who is eager to please, and really wants a playmate, so he would do especially well in a home with an attentive human or a sibling to play with. He cant wait to take all of his favorite toys with him to his new home so he can share them with his new family, and have all sorts of fun times with them. He has a very sensitive side and is often in search of a lap to curl up in, and a person to talk back and forth with. He is goofy, quirky, and full of personality, and cant wait to bring laughs, cuddles, and smiles to a new family! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * If you have a specific question about Bernie, then please email [email protected].
