Biff is a handsome black and white dude who loves to be with people! He is a very sweet guy who is unhappy living with so many other cats and wants to be the only feline in your life. Because he’s a big strong boy and a rough player, we’d recommend he not be placed with small children. Biff is a young man who is ready to bring love into your home.
