Meet our super shy beauty, Bluebell, who just turned one on May 1. She is looking for a patient, experienced cat home to continue helping her learn to overcome her fear of people. Her foster mom is actually able to ask Bluebell if she wants pets, and this smart little cookie will run right into her "safe place" (currently an extra large dog kennel) and wait for pets! In fact, once she's comfortable with receiving pets, she'll let you pet her all day long. She's so soft and adorably squishy. She's afraid of strangers, though, and she's not ready to be held or picked up yet. Though she may be an introverted work in progress, she still wins hearts. She comes up to her foster mom during the day and lays down close enough to be just out of reach. She just loves stretching out and scratching her cardboard scratching post; sitting by the open window and watching birds fly by; laying in the sun on the top perch of her kitty condo; and playing with her foster sister, Poppy.
