Bramble & Clove

Meet the funny and inquisitive pair of little loves, Bramble & Clove who have been through quite the journey with us. Found as orphaned kittens, we’ve known these boys since they were 2-3 weeks old, and a dedicated and wonderful foster parent raised them as bottle-fed kittens. They’ve known love from people from an early age, and though they take a little second to warm up, both do really well with new visitor friends! Bramble & Clove had a tough battle with ringworm because of their extra fluffy fur; treatment took way too long to be effective! What’s important is that the boys have been cleared (many times over) and are ready for their next adventure. Bramble is a bubbly and warm personality, eager to say hi and greet you with some very happy purrs. This food-motivated boy will never turn a treat down and is curious about all types of food, trying anything once. Like his brother Clove, Bramble is a fan of laser pointers, wand toys, and looking out the window. His favorite game though, is keep away! He will choose one of his toys and become extremely possessive, running into a corner with it in his mouth and growling loudly. Then he will bait his brother into chasing him around the house. Bramble is a shoulder kitty and will jump up onto the table or counter and put his paws on his human’s shoulder, begging to be picked up and carried around. Yes – he’s just a baby. At night, he loves laying across his human’s neck and chewing on their ears. He would do best in a home with another cat companion who can keep up with his fun antics. He might even be open to being friends with a dog too! Clove is a high-energy and handsome floofer who thrives on human interaction and playtime. He absolutely adores wand toys, laser pointers, your hair, or when he’s very comfortable – your lap! He will play until he is panting like a dog and loves to explore. While he’s not 100% a lap kitty, he’s definitely a lounger and will sneak up when it’s time to snuggle on the couch. Clove is a sweetie pie full of love to share and purrs to surround you with. He has an interesting personality that is a mix of wanting and needing attention, to also having that need quickly filled. He loves to play and plays HARD. A cat dancer or laser pointer will really get him going, and he’ll show off his acrobatic skills with those tall leaps. Both boys together are a FUN pair who love hard and play hard too. They are active, inquisitive, and a joy to have around. Yes, they are still full of kitten energy, but they also enjoy downtime on the couch or on the bed.
