Mackerel is a sweet girl, she was always meant to be a pampered house cat! This little lady was found outside with a group of community cats and was brought to the shelter, where her loving personality shone through to the staff and to everyone that passed by her cage. Mackerel has now been here about a month and is ready to find her purrfect forever home! Holy Mackerel! Meet Mackerel! This handsome girl is a one-year-old black and white domestic shorthair cat, and she is hoping to become a part of your family! Mackerel was found as a stray and was brought to the shelter in hopes of finding a better life, now she's ready to be adopted! This sweet girl is very timid but very gentle, she's quickly been warming up to affection and would make a great part of the family given patience and love! Mackerel has been doing great using his litterbox here at the shelter and should continue to do so in her forever home! We do not know how Mackerel does with cats or dogs, but we do offer meet and greets and trial adoptions! Sweet Mackerel is FIV/FLV/HW NEGATIVE, UTD on vaccinations, and is ready to go home! Mackerel's adoption fee is FULLY SPONSORED by Best Friends Animal Society!Dogs are $115 and puppies are $110 unless otherwise noted. All cats and kittens are $75.00 unless otherwise noted.
