Caesar is a loving boy who came to us as a stray. He loves people and rubs all over your legs while you're trying to walk. His favorite thing is looking out the windows and watching the birds. He is social with other cats and doesn't mind lower-energy dogs. He is very social with humans and other kitties. Caesar would do well in a home with other pets and kids to snuggle and play with!
