My Story

$25 Adoption Fee includes Distemper vaccine, worming, vet exam, microchip, ID tag & FeLV / FIV test! You can apply for me online! Carefully read over our Adoption Process first.

My Story: We're Captain Jack and Barbarossa, and we are two very special little kitties. We're brothers, about 5 months old, and have very loving personalities. As soon as you pick us up, we start cuddling and purring. It's good that we're extra special, as we're going to need very special people to love us. You see, when we were younger, we didn't get vaccinated. Because we didn't have vaccinations to protect us, we came down with Chlamydia. That caused us to get eye infections. The one on the right in the picture is Barbarossa. I have a gorgeous light brown tabby coat with white trim. I did lose my right eye due to the infection I had. The other kitty in the picture is Cap'n Jack. I have a darker tabby and white coat. While I didn't loose my left eye, I don't have any sight in it either. So while we know we aren't perfect physically, we do know that we have more than enough love in our hearts to make up for it. If you have enough love in your heart to match ours, please apply for us online or come to the Shelter and meet us!

Your Sponsorship Donation Will Make A Difference!

We are a wonderful No-Kill animal shelter run solely on donations & volunteers. We specialize in the 'under pet' who needs life-saving surgery to remove bullets, amputate after a traumatic accident, provide long-term treatment, and offer emotional therapy to abused pets. Your sponsorship donation will tremendously help this pet, as well as hundreds of others each year! Since we are a private, tax-deductible charity, pets stay in our loving, fun atmosphere until they find not only 'a home', but a great home! Whether a pet is 14yrs old or special needs, there is a wonderful family somewhere in the USA waiting to open their heart & home! If you like what you see, or this pet has touched your heart, please consider making a secure donation online with your credit card (or by mail). By donating, you'll become part of a powerful, life-changing, no-kill facility looking out for the wonderful pets as they continue their journey to a pampered new life!
