From the Foster Family: Charlie is the sweetest little girl! She is the first to come running and she will make sure you know she is there. Her motor is running all the time and you can hear it going when you are in the room with her. Charlie loves her toys and plays with just about anything she can find. When she is done though, she will cuddle up next to you and take a nap. Charlie lives in a home with 2 full-grown labs and is not phased by them one bit.
