I came to Safe Haven with my sisters and brothers, we are pretty nervous being here but are slowly coming around to being around people and the noises of the shelter. I tend to hide with my siblings whenever someone comes in to visit, but really love to play with the other small kittens at the shelter. I'm looking for a home that will give me time to decompress and adjust to life with humans, I was an outdoor girl before coming to the shelter and still see people as something to be avoided, but given my age I will most likely grow out of this and be a great cat. This kitten is too young to be spayed at this time and is also too young to receive her 1st rabies vaccination. Adopters are required to fill out a Kitten Addendum and a separate check for a $100 security deposit at the time of adoption, these serve as a 'promise' that the adopter will make sure the kitten receives their sterilization and vaccinations when they are old enough. The check will be returned to the adopter once we receive confirmation from a veterinarian that the kitten has been brought into their facility.
