Checkers and his brother came in from the streets at 6 mos old and were part feral. His brother ended up with a liver condition that was untreatable and he passed. We spent so much time with his sickly brother that we had little time to fully socialize Checkers so he is still a little leary to be pet but loves being out playing with his foster brothers and sisters and would make an awesome playmate for your cat as long as you aren't too concerned about Checkers not being a lap cat at the moment. He has too many cats to play with in his foster home to look to humans so he needs a home with just one other playmate so he looks to humans for attention too.
