Poor Chilly is so terrified in the shelter that she's been hiding in a open cage trying to get the courage up to leave it. She needs a quiet environment with a patient person and probably no dogs. She is around 3 years old, had been living on the street with her two young kittens and entered the shelter in December 2023. She was a protective and attentive mother but her kittens are no longer with her. Chilly needs to learn that she can trust people. The volunteers at the shelter are working with her to get comfortable.
She has been spayed, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines.
