Chloe was trapped outside and is feral. She does engage with the woman who has her, but she can't be petted, as of yet. She lives with two other cats, and despite trying, both cats bully her, so now she's living in the finished basement.
At this point, Chloe can't be re-released. She is a strictly indoor cat and needs someone willing to foster/adopt her. She has a sweet purrsonality and loves to play and look out windows. Would anyone be willing to give this little angel a chance?
