Clancy is a very smart, playful and independent boy! He loves to hunt his favorite crunchy treats from a food puzzle, and he learns things very quickly! He has a high energy level, and he would do well in a space where he can run and climb. His independent spirit may make him seem aloof at times, and he can be nervous meeting new people. With a calm approach and patience he will warm up quickly. If you offer him his favorite wand toy or catnip, you will be on the fast track to being his favorite human! Once he is comfortable, he is very cuddly and he absolutely adores face pets and neck scratches. He is not a fan of being picked up, or being touched on his stomach or his paws, but he also is very clear with his body language to tell you when he does not want something. His ears go back and his tail swishes and he will give you a little meow to let you know! He is an avid birdwatcher and he loves gazing out windows! Clancy is very food motivated and would be a great training candidate! He likes to chillax near his humans, or find an awesome sunny window for a snooze!
