Cow Cat is an awesome fun cat that loves people and loves to be pet. He was a stray abandoned by his owners until one of our fosters neutered him. And low and behold, he decided he wanted to come inside and play with toys! He does have a history with the resident cats from back when he was an ornery tomcat, so they aren't pleased that he's around. The ladies don't mind him, and he'd be great as an indoor/outdoor cat for a mellow person. He does not like children or dogs at all though.
