Cowboy

Cowboy is an absolute love! He adores people and loves to be held. He comes up to you and begs for attention. He is a bit of clown and his antics are fun to watch. While you're petting him he will roll around and sometimes even do summersaults. He does not get along with other cats or dogs. In fact, he should be an only cat because he has feline leukemia. In addition to being feline leukemia positive, Cowboy is missing a foot. It looks to be an old injury from a trap. He doesn't let that stop him from doing what he wants, though! Cowboy needs a special person who understands that he is a cool cat well worth knowing and loving in spite of having feline leukemia and only 3 feet. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx. If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored).
