This Angel came from a high intake shelter, he has Cerebellar Hypoplasia (his brain didnt totally develop in utero, its cerebral palsy in people) He still enjoys his life its just different than most. He LOVES playing with the other kittens and we love him SO much, how can you not love that face!! Born 11/18
