Meet Gladys! About 10 weeks and 2.5 pounds.
Gladys came in to Shelter to Home singing desperately for her Pips! She was alone and in a cold cage at the pound with a fractured fibula. As an injured kitten at the pound her days were definitely numbered. Shelter to Home has been fortunate to have some funds for extended care for animals in need.
Gladys was restricted with her movement and continued life in foster care in a small cage to mend. Many nights you could hear her singing as the other foster kitties would stop in to visit her. Gladys went for her recheck today and was FIV/FeLV tested (neg.). She has been given the thumbs up on her mending and is ready to go to a forever home.
Gladys loves to play with the other kitties in the house and likes the two resident dogs. She enjoys cat napping in your lap and will curl up next to you most of the night.
Shelter to Home will be taking applications on this sweet girl and an approved application will be able to place a deposit on her as she needs a week or two to be of proper size for spaying. Gladys is current on shots as her age allows. She has been flea treated and dewormed.
