Layla

Layla loves her cuddly bed. Layla's human mom died so she and her feline sister came to rescue; then her feline sister died (I hear her sister was the only other animal she's ever liked). Layla was adopted then returned when her adopter decided to adopt another cat. She's really had a lot of upheaval. It took her about 10 days to stop hissing and growling at me but once she figured I was okay, she's a super lovey girl. She's currently residing in one of our bathrooms (since we have other pets) but as soon as I open the door, she is ready for attention! She needs an adopter who is willing to give her the time she needs to settle in and will be committed to her (and only her). She is a 6yo, spayed and UTD. She takes a bit to warm up but once she does she is such a sweetheart. She does need to be the only animal in the home. Leila (black and white) that were surrendered when their owner was diagnosed with the terminal illness. You can tell they were much loved cats and are very loving if given the time and patience to settle in and get comfortable with their new surroundings. She hates all other animals and doesn't like meeting new people in unfamiliar environments. Her adoption fee is sponsored for the right home. Layla would love to be your one and only.
