Lily Mae was born with a vaginal fistula (as a kitten x-ray taken which showed her colon was extremely blocked, and that there was virtually no internal rectum (the colon basically just cuts off and all there is tissue, which is why fecal matter and urine are able to come out of vaginal opening), she did have emergency surgery for it at only 1 pound and amazingly survived and thrived - due to her deformity though she does need to be kept on can food only and gets miralaxx 2x day mixed with the can food
