Well, well, well, hello there. My name is Madness, and I'm what you call a 'tabico', which is a calico with tabby stripes. I'm a girl who is about 3 years old. Despite my name, I'm really not crazy, unless you mean crazy about getting attention! I love love LOVE to get pets, and I want to snuggle even though since I just got spayed, I'm not crazy about being picked up--I think that'll be easier in another week or two. Either way, if you're good enough to give me chin rubs, I'll make biscuits for you, and maybe even give you a love bite!
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
