Maisy is an absolute sweetheart of a kitten. She has a regal, intelligent air about her and seems to approach everything with curiosity. She loves to sit in the window and watch the birds fly by, cars going past, and neighbors out for a stroll. She is the protector of her brother, even though she is the smaller of the two. He waits patiently for her to check out something new, which she does with no hesitation. She is happy to play with toys, her brother, or even just content to watch his antics at times. She seems great at boundaries...when she's done playing with him, she simply moves to a particular spot on the windowsill and he knows that's it for now, it's quite interesting. When she is ready to wind down, she'll approach languidly and stare adoringly into your soul, indicating she's ready to be picked up, be cradled and get a lovely ear massage. More often than not, once her brother sees her getting all the scratches, he finds his way to cuddle in, and they'll turn on their motors and have a purrfest. Once she had her fill of that she may settle in your lap, but she also really likes to find a spot right next to your leg where she can stretch out and tuck herself in.
