Mango

Mango is a doll. She has a beautifully sweet disposition about her. She loves cuddling and being pet. She is on the shy side and easily frightened. She has been returned numerous times for peeing outside the box which has been attributed to possible stressful triggers. She gets along with cats and dogs but would do best with an adult kitties and dogs that she gets along with. A home with older children only, small children and loud environments would not be a good fit for her. Her foster home leaves her in a smaller area to limit stressful situations and this seems to help alleviate any poor potty habits. A home that understands that she's special would best suit her needs, as well as one that understands and is patient with her to work through any times she's having problems. She is long hair and needs help grooming especially her chubby backside. She is a gorgeous cat with incredibly soft rabbit type furr. We do not adopt to anyone living outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. All our dogs/cats will be spayed/neutered, heart worm tested (dogs), FeLV/FIV tested (cats), microchipped, and current on vaccinations. We do not adopt on a first-come first-served basis. We review all applications received to ensure that the animal and the applicant are a good match based on our personal experiences with the animal. These animals live in our homes with us so we are familiar with their habits and behaviors. Home visits may be required prior to adoption approval. Adoption counselors are available onsite at PetSmart most Saturdays & Sundays, 12-4 p.m. to conduct meet and greets and onsite adoptions.
