My Story

*** If you have any questions or would like to meet any of our adoptable cats, email [email protected]. Please include a cell number and check your SPAM folder if you do not receive a timely response. This beauty is Margo! She was rescued with her pregnant sister and her kittens - Margo was the loving aunt! They were all placed in a loving foster home to become well-socialized and ready for their forever families. According to her foster, Margo is sweet and affectionate. She likes to rub against her foster's legs and stand on her legs to push her face into their knees. She is good with other cats and with a proper introduction is good with the dogs in her foster home. She will rub against the dogs and play with their ears and tails! She has even been seen grooming the dogs from time to time! Margo loves laying in the bay window and watching the outside world. She can be silly and rambunctious at times, as she still has some kitten energy in her. She likes toys and enjoys playing. Margo has a sweet meow and when in the mood, she likes to be held and cuddled. She is a beautiful, young girl that is going to be a wonderful addition to a home. Margo has had a history of a sensitive stomach at times - her foster has her on prescription food which has helped. She only eats dry food and not wet. She needs an understanding adopter that is willing to give her this extra care if needed - she is certainly worth it! Want to help care for her while she waits to find her forever home? You can be a "Sponsor!" Click on the "sponsor" button on this profile and your one-time donation will be used for vital everyday essentials such as her food, litter and medical care! Thank you for helping save lives! All NAWS cats are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccines. A Cat Adoption Application is required should you decide you’d like to apply to adopt a NAWS cat. Please complete and submit the application electronically on our website at http://www.nawsus.org.
