That black eyeliner alone…. And the darling beauty mark by her nose….. No guessing the person who inspired her name! Marilyn Monroe (beauty mark and all) knocks it out of the park! This beautiful girl with her mesmerizing eyes and playful personality is sure to steal your heart. Marilyn loves playing with her foster siblings, napping in a cozy high spot like a cat tree, and making an empty box into a fun toy. Marilyn is shy, just like her namesake. She has a bonded feline friend, though, who is pretty much her opposite — the fun loving antics-driven Tuhma. Marilyn needs Tuhma in her life to help her forget her shyness. She is sweetness and gentleness matched with Tuhma’s boldness and brazen-ness (and he’s hilarious). Marilyn longs for a family of her own. Maybe an older shy child to quietly win each other’s hearts while Tuhma entertains the rest of the family?? If you are her family, Marilyn has been waiting for you. Tuhma and Marilyn. Whoever would have thought these two would be inseparable! It's amazing what happens when kitties come together in foster -- as in life, a chance meeting can turn into a lifelong bond. Tuhma and Marilyn are NOT two peas in a pod. They are apples and oranges. Opposites. Tuhma is beautifully brazen, soaks up attention, and chats up a storm. His favorite position is hanging upside down on your lap. His mama chose her foster home, carrying her small kittens in one by one. Marilyn is a delicate soul. With too many kitties around she can be a target for the bullies in the bunch. She comes from a less ideal beginning and is determinedly building her confidence day by day. She is right there, too!! In essence, they are Yin and Yang: Tuhma protects Marilyn; Marilyn softens Tuhma. And there you have it. The one thing they share is an unswerving loyalty. They are each others' world and would love to have you in it. When you do bring me home, make a "safe" room for me while I get used to the smells and sounds of my new home.
