My Story

**Courtesy listing. For more information please contact the email address on this listing Introducing 2-3 year old Martin, the resilient cherub! Despite a rough start (he was attacked by a cat while living outside which left a scar on his face), Martin has bounced back with unwavering sweetness. His scars tell a tale of courage, but his heart knows only love. A true champion of snuggles and wand toys, Martin's days are filled with blissful naps and headbutts asking for pets. He's the purrfect addition to any home looking for a laid back kitty. He can be adopted solo or to a home with an existing chill cat. **Martin's facial wound is all healed up. It does not require any extra care or medical attention. Interested in viewing more photos and videos of Martin? Check out his foster's instagram page @meowis.house Martin is FIV+ (not to be confused with FELV cats who do live shorter lives and cannot be housed with FELV- cats) but healthy otherwise. FIV+ cats live long and healthy lives just like any other cat. They do not require any additional medical care or additional care in general. They can live with FIV- cats (Martin currently lives with 2 FIV- cats) without risk of transmission. The only big difference is that they may get dental disease earlier than other cats (all cats will get dental disease when they are older), but genetics play a bigger role in this than FIV. To learn more about FIV, please send us an email!
