Will be fully vaccinated before adoption. Background: Matthew was one of many cats living in a rental house where the tenant moved out, leaving him behind. Thankfully, a kind-hearted owner reached out to the River Rouge Animal Shelter, and Matthew was rescued. He's lived with lots of cats of all ages and was super friendly to everyone who gave him attention.
