On June 6th, their owner checked out of the Surburban Extended Stay Motel in Washington and the staff found them in the room when cleaning. Our volunteer HPO brought the cats to Pet Search. Owner information is sketchy and incomplete so as of yet, no charges have been filed. Neither were microchipped. The girls are 3-4 years old, both had been spayed and we have felv/fiv tested and vaccinated. Matilda is sweet but has a typical calico personality; Meg is very loving.
These girls did not deserve to be abandoned in a hotel room... we rescued them because
