Mel is a sweet soul who’s been living it rough at Heritage Ranch for the last year. He is probably ~ 2yrs old. He’s been “rescued” 3 separate times, but because he wasn’t neutered young, he’s very territorial and won’t tolerate other animals in their homes. However, each neighbor found him affectionate and intelligent. He loves getting brushed and will sit by your side or sleep with his head on your foot while purring loudly. He won’t win any beauty prizes right now, but plenty of affection, good nutrition and regular brushing will make all the difference.
