Il a des belles expressions faciales qui aideront son adoptant à comprendre ses besoins. Merzou est très sociable avec les autres chats, mais il recherche une famille sans jeunes enfants ni chien. Merzou dort près de sa maman d'accueil et il vient se placer à ses pieds quand elle travaille à la maison. Il se laisse flatter, parfois même le ventre. Il craint encore les mouvements brusques et on doit le laisser venir à nous plutôt que l’inverse. Sa maman d'accueil l'aime beaucoup et elle souhaite qu’il trouve son match parfait!
