Minnie was adopted from AAR four years when she was a young kitten. She was happy in her home. Minnie liked to sleep on a person's lap, watch what the family was up to, and look out windows. Unfortunately the family's circumstances changed and they could no longer keep her. Minnie came back to our shelter and has really been struggling. She does not understand why she is now in a cage instead of a home. She misses her people. Her confusion is often expressed by anger. With lots of patience she is slowly improving and learning to trust our cat volunteers. However, the best solution for Minnie would be a new home of her own where kindness and understanding would give her the change to learn to love and trust again.
