Morticia is our longest resident. She came to us in October of 2021, she was found she was wearing an old tattered and torn collar. It was a very sad rescue as we didn't know if she was abandoned or simply lost. She was posted on every lost pet forum and we even made flyers looking for her owners but no one ever came forward. She is a sweet but guarded cat which is understandable. She allows pets and chin scratches and seeks affection on her terms. She loves her catnip and playing with her toys. She greets the resident dog every time he comes into the rescue space. She would do well in a home with older children and adults and possibly another confident cat.
