UPDATE July 9:
My Grey went back to the vet on Saturday as the bite on his tail was not healing well. The vet cleaned it off and gave me some antibiotics for the big guy. He is all of 10.2lbs now so obviously he has been eating well. He is the best guy ever. Very loving and talkative.

He loves to play and will entertain himself by jumping on Bogie's (our small dog) lead as it trails thru the grass. Or maybe it is racing like crazy across the yard and climbing half way up the tree to startle one of the dogs, that is always great fun. Perhaps, it is snarling at the squirrel that keeps coming down the tree to chatter angrily at you before you chase that annoying squirrel right back up into the tree where it belongs. Whatever form the play takes this is a guy who knows haw to have a good time.

He likes to be snuggly on your lap and purrs like a maniac when he does. Even the vet, who sees many cats, says that he is a very handsome cat.

If you are looking for the guy to snuggle with and that will keep you endlessly entertained, come meet Mr Grey!

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Introducing Mr Grayson McGreygor, aka Mr. Gray

Isn't he just beautiful!! He is all grey except for the very end of his nose which is a soft black. Even having lived on the streets for lord knows how long with an bad owie on his tail he is still gorgeous! Can you imagine how beautiful and striking this guy will be with some vet care, good food and a safe place to live?

So far we have taken care of the vet work, he is eating regularly, and now gets regular pets. However, I have tried to bring him in the house and it just scares him. He will be inside briefly and then is crying at the door to go back outside. So, I am sure slow and steady will win the race with this guy and eventually he will be just as comfortable inside as he is outside.

If you look at the one picture where he is standing up you can kind of see the "dent" on his tail. the vet thought it looked like something had bit him. It is kind of a mystery but they say he is healing just fine. he had fleas and earmites so we have treat4ed him for those, he is now up to date on shots and has been neutered. OMG he was so scared at the vet when I first took him. He looked like the cat on Shrek when he does those big sad eyes. I almost cried at having to leave him there. But he came through everything just fine.

He is a talker and for the most part gets along well with the other 4 legged residents of my household. Occasionally there have been some disagreements over whose turn it is at the food dish but they resolve pretty quickly with no on the worse for wear.

He has been a stray in my neighborhood for about a month. Everyone has been after me to take him in, take him to the vet, get him adopted. Because he is that nice of a cat. So anyone out there who wants a true rescue story and a beautiful, lover of a cat, come meet Mr. Gray!

Mr. Gray may be adopted for a donation of $50, which includes neuter, deworming, and shots. Please see the contact information below to find out more about adopting this sweetie!
