My Story

I found Mr. Potter on my doorstep during the deep freeze in December. He was lost and very hungry! Mr. Potter has excellent manners, using his litter box perfectly and neatly eating cheese treats when I share (lil bits of sharp cheddar are his favorite)! When I come home from work, he greets me with meeps at the door and asks for scritches. He enjoys being near people, gives tiny kisses when cuddling, and gets along well with my dog. But, he's still adjusting to sharing his space with other cats, especially my older ones. (I think mainly my senior cats are unwilling to be his friend. As a young cat, he's energetic and playful, which does not seem to mesh well with every feline personality.) Being young, he can get overstimulated at times. He's still learning about appropriate play and handling, but he's a quick learner and enjoys brushing and even let me trim his nails! If you're looking for a polite gentleman who is affectionate and enjoys human company, Mr. Potter could be your purrfect match. He's eager to learn and grow, and with the right home, he will be a wonderful feline companion.
