Mulberry was found after being dumped in New Haven with his two siblings and his mom. Since being here, he has become a little more comfortable with the staff and volunteers. He is still very timid and does not like to be cornered or be approached too quickly. Staff as well as volunteers have been working with him to try to get him to trust us more and to break him out of his shell! He sometimes gets close to check us out if we are sitting quietly in his room. He will need someone who is willing to put in the time and effort to b=tear down those protective walls of his! We are certain that he will become a great cat with love and patience. He does great with other cats so we would suggest for him to go home to another cat or with someone from the shelter who he is familiar with, like his sister Lollipop!
