Paws is a beautiful tuxedo cat who eats well and is loving and affectionate with the person he trusts and who loves him back. Because of past trauma in his life, he tends to sometimes strike out with his paw, claws extended. His owner who had found him as a kitten outdoors needed to give him a temporary placement in the fall of 2021 to work on his striking-out behavior. Moving into a small apartment and caring for her infant grandson, she felt she couldn't safely bring Paws with her. Paws has been making good progress with his foster and is ready to continue becoming a calmer cat with a new permanent person. Could Paws find a new home with you? You'll have to be an especially kind, calm, and patient person to succeed with Paws, but when you win his trust and affection, you'll be so glad you became his new owner.
