Penelope is very affectionate and loves cuddles. Shes playful and loves to play with other cats, and would do best with another cat. Shes incredibly smart and can play and get around like any other cat. She may be able to see some shadows, but is mostly blind. That doesn't stop her though! She has learned every corner of her foster home.
