Phil loves to play with wand toys and his spinning ball tower. When he first came to his foster home he had to learn how to adjust to indoor life after living on the streets as a stray. He has made so much progress and adjusted incredibly well with his foster family. He is still startled by loud noises and quick movements- so an all adult household would be best for Phil. He has come out of his shell in foster care and he loves to give head bonks and go in for a good cheek rub while he's at it. He flips over to show his fluffy belly and then gets up to do a sweet sashay between your feet. Phil has become vocal and he has a sweet little meow to greet you or to ask if it's meal time yet. It sounds like "Meow!" or "Meow?" He will need a family that will respect his need to adjust to your life and routine and he may have to re learn how to come out of his shell. As long as you give him time to decompress you will be rewarded with a forever friend. After a proper introduction, Phil would be fine in a home with another friendly cat for a sibling.
