Princess Leia is a riot. She acts more like a human than a kitten. She is still learning how to be a kitten. When she meows, she opens her mouth and no sounds come out. When she purrs, you can tell she is really trying but can't quite figure that out either. It is so funny to watch her try though. What she does do incredibly well is eat and sploot. Yes, that's right. She sploots. If you don't know what that means, please google "squirrel splooting." She sploots on the ground, on the couch, and on you. It is the cutest thing ever.
She's also incredibly sweet and affectionate, relishing being cradled like a baby and showered with kisses. She's low-key for now, reminiscent of the Star Wars princess, but I suspect her feisty side will emerge soon. When that day comes, May the Force be with you.
Princess Leia is bonded to her sibling Luke Skywalker, and we would like them to be adopted together. Leia is part of a litter of two that was found. Their feral mother decided she didn't want to feed them anymore, so they were rescued. Since Leia's rescue, she has been hand-raised in a loving family with two little girls, ages 10 and 13, so she is used to cuddling. Leia and Luke will not be available for another couple of weeks, but we are taking applications right now.
